About

Prithvi Addepalli is a health and life sciences leader motivated to improve our healthcare system one piece at a time.

I am a seasoned healthcare executive with diverse experience driving strategy and implementation for life sciences, healthtech startups, and large corporations. With 10+ years of experience in program management & operations, healthcare strategy, and product development, I bring a unique combination of skills and insights to identify, evaluate, and scale tech-enabled health solutions.

I am passionate about the intersection and utilization of technology (AI, platform, and otherwise) to create efficiency in care delivery, extend the impact of a care provider, diagnose or treat patients more effectively, and develop therapeutics quickly. I love learning, collaborating, and co-creating with diverse and talented teams, advisors, and founders.

Outside of my 9-5, I am an avid musician and performer, and recently restarted music instruction. I love to read all kinds of novels, and write about the state of healthcare and culture on my substack.

Experience

As a Healthcare Venture Fellow at Braven Partners, I led investment thesis research and validation for emerging venture capital firm focusing on alternative care delivery models, life sciences finance, and digital medicine.

Prior to that, I led cross-cutting transformation and growth initiatives across Microsoft‘s Health & Life Sciences product portfolio, where I was a key integration lead for the $19.7B acquisition of Nuance, the leader in conversational AI and ambient clinical intelligence.

I also managed patient-centered, real-world, and portfolio strategy engagements for pharmaceutical and biotech clients at IQVIA, the global leader in advanced analytics and technology for the healthcare industry.
